Christine Lee

Co-founder and President

Christine is a licensed acupuncturist, Chinese herbal medicine practitioner, nurse and Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Therapist. Christine believes that an individual can benefit from the best of all treatment modalities to promote quality of life and healing.

Janine Agoglia

Co-founder and Vice President

Janine L. Agoglia is the Director of Acupuncture at Integrative Therapeutics in Natick, MA. She graduated from the New England School of Acupuncture in 2002 with a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is part of a group practice and enjoys the holistic approach to the body that East Asian medicine offers. Janine works with each patient to help them achieve their optimum overall health, beyond just symptom relief.

Janine is also Director of Yoga at Lumina Mind Body Studios in Natick and Wayland and a certified yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga since 1998. 

Matt Amato

Volunteer Acupuncturist

Matthew Amato holds a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAOM) from the New England School of Acupuncture. He is trained and certified in Traditional Chinese and Japanese styles of acupuncture as well as being a Chinese herbalist. Through his commitment to treating a broad range of patients, much of Matt's training was performed in Community Health Centers and Detox Centers. In that spirit of community, he’s been a practicing and contributing member of Acupuncturists Without Borders since it began. Growing up around Veterans and First Responders led him to focus on trauma recovery. Ainxw 2005, he’s been treating the effects of pain and stress, while explaining the acupuncture process, during treatments at his practice in Watertown, MA. He has found it truly rewarding to provide free treatments with Veterans Acupuncture Care since 2014.

Sara Hallor

Volunteer Acupuncturist

Sara Hallor, Lic.Ac., LMT is a licensed acupuncturist, massage therapist, and a 2009 graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture, where she studied both Chinese and Japanese acupuncture styles. Sara has a private practice in Belmont, MA and a special interest in sports medicine acupuncture for musculoskeletal pain management.
